Hold Harmless
By signing below, I, The Customer, agree that Keith Wille d/b/a Rediscover The Lost & Forgotten is granted permission to access this property and do what is needed to find lost item(s). Keith Wille d/b/a Rediscover The Lost & Forgotten shall not be held responsible/held harmless and indemnified for any damages incurred to the property before, during, or after the search, including potential damage to the item sought to be found during the search. I will accept the condition of the found item(s) I have lost and will be liable for services rendered regardless of outcome. All articles found on public property during the search, apart from the description above, belong to Keith Wille d/b/a Rediscover The Lost & Forgotten. In the event that a fundamental disagreement arises concerning the means by which the case is handled for which a mutually acceptable resolution cannot be reached, this AGREEMENT shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. I acknowledge that I have read this agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
